Interested in participating as a vendor in the 2020 Juneteenth Music Festival? LAST YEAR NEARLY 50,000 people attended!

This year’s Juneteenth celebration in Denver, Colorado will be even better!

Please read the information below.

Juneteenth Music Festival is June 20 - 21, 2020. The event is held in the Historic Five Points Neighborhood on Welton St., between 25th Street and 30th Street from 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm. The event is free and open to the public.

Vendors are provided a 10' x 10' space, a professionally constructed canopy tent and must bring their own tables, decor, etc.

Power is not provided by the festival. Vendors must bring their own generators or sources for power.

Food vendors are required to provide electronic copies of permitting required by the City of Denver by May 1, 2020.

Food vendors are prohibited from selling beverages of any kind including water and must serve food in compostable containers (NO STYROFOAM).

Vendors are prohibited from playing amplified music from their vendor spaces.

Any violation of these rules can result in immediate removal from the event with no refunds. All sales are final. Any refunds must be approved by the Vendor Management committee.

Merchant vendors are required to obtain a sales tax license from the City of Denver. Please email documentation to contact@juneteenthmusicfestival.com.

Vendor check-in Friday, June 5, 2020 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Coffee at the Point, 710 East 26th Avenue. Check-In takes 10 -15 minutes. You may come to the check-in anytime between 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm. If you are not able to attend please call us during at 720-505-3274.
